Placing your order

Once your order is placed
- You will receive a confirmation email / text, this should be immediate however please allow up to a few hours
- When your order has been shipped you will get another email / text to let you know that your order is on the way
Shipping Rates
Delivery Times have been extended for the Christmas period, please allow 7-10 days for standard delivery and up to 3 working days for next day.
Ireland
- Standard €6.95 *
- Next Day €11.95 *
- Standard delivery: 3-5 working days *
Next day delivery, orders placed by 3pm weekdays will be delivered the next working day, if orders are placed at the weekend/bank holiday they will be shipped the next working day
UK
- Standard €16.00
- Standard delivery 5-7 working days
Next day delivery, orders placed by 12pm weekdays will be delivered the next working day, if orders are placed at the weekend/bank holiday they will be shipped the next working day
Rest of World
- Standard €16
- Standard delivery 5-7 working days
Standard delivery takes 3-5 days in Ireland, 4-6 days for UK and 5-10 days Rest of World
Returns
- If you wish to return an item please email hello@beautybyced.com
- If you purchased while free shipping was on then your return will have the shipping fee deducted
- All items are your responsibility until signed for by us
- The cost of all returns are your responsibility
Faulty Item
- In the unlikely event your order arrives in less than perfect condition then Please send us a message with your order number and a photo of the fault to Hello@beautybyced.com
Wrong Item received
- Every now and then mistakes happen and if you receive the wrong order please email us with your order number and the details at hello@beautybyced.com and we will get the correct order straight out to you

How many times can I wear your lashes?
- Up to 20 times, this will always depend on the style and the care that you take of the lashes but when you look after them they last a long time.

Please email Hello@beautybyced.com including your business name, address and telephone number, we will direct this to the correct department and you will get a reply within 2 working days.
Are you an Irish Company?
- Yes we are 100% Irish.
